Completely redesigned and featuring the entire suite of SKYACTIV Technology including a new 2.5L SKYACTIV-G engine, the Mazda6 will have more standard equipment than the outgoing sedan, and will be available with new safety technologies never before seen on a Mazda vehicle. Striking exterior design and a refined interior are also part of the standard feature set, as are the unmistakable handling characteristics imbued into every Mazda vehicle.

The 2014 Mazda6 will be available in three trim levels: GX, GS, and GT. All Mazda6 models will feature an impressive list of standard equipment, such as keyless entry and push-button start, rain-sensing wipers, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, 5.8″ colour touch screen audio display, 17″ alloy wheels, LED taillights, and heated exterior mirrors with side turn signal. Six exterior colours are available to choose from: Snowflake White Pearl, Aluminum Metallic Mica, Jet Black Mica, Meteor Grey Mica, Blue Reflex Mica, and Mazda’s new signature colour, Soul Red Mica. Standard interior seating material will be black cloth, with black and off-white leather interior trims optional.

All models will be powered by a new 2.5L SKYACTIV-G four-cylinder engine which produces 184 horsepower and 185 lb-ft of torque, with a redline at 6,500 RPM. Each trim level also features a 6-speed SKYACTIV-MT manual transmission as standard equipment, for the drivers that prefer to shift through the gears. A 6-speed SKYACTIV-Drive automatic transmission is also available as an option.

  1. Really curious about additional options for the 2 lower trims, such as heated seats and block heaters. I live in the north and would really want both included.
